In the Dublin South, Kildare, and West Wicklow regions, known as Community Healthcare Organisation 7 (CHO7), 11 CDNTs work collaboratively to deliver tailored care to meet the unique needs of children and their families. The team operates from two key locations, Athy and Kildare Town, ensuring accessible and localised support for families in the region.
